 Since the dawn of mankind, humans have moulded the world around them to fit their sense of beauty and awe. Civilizations come and go, but they leave behind legacies to their creativity which today we can still enjoy.

Together, the sights on this page provide fleeting glimpses of how people lived, how they celebrated, how they worshipped and how they eventually departed. While the people may have long gone, what they have created we can still appreciate and treasure today and, with care, tomorrow.
