What to See in Ischigualasto & Talampaya National Parks

Ischigualasto/Talampaya National Parks are most famous for dinosaur bones. They contain the most complete continental fossil record from the Triassic Period (245-208 million years ago). There are six geological formations in these two parks with fossilized remains of mammals, dinosaurs and plantlife that reveal the evolution of vertebrates in the Triassic Period.
