Albania is a small country in southern Europe. It ratified the World Heritage Convention on 10 July, 1989. As of 2010, it has two properties on the World Heritage List. Both of these are cultural sites.

UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Albania

  1. Butrint (1992)
  2. Historic Centres of Berat and Gjirokastra (2005)
In addition to the above, Albania also has another two sites on the World Heritage Tentative List
  1. Les tombes de la Basse Selca (1996)
  2. L'amphithéâtre de Durres (1996)
